Contract role in Dublin - 12 months plus - Hybrid working

This role will be working for a Contact Centre AI and looking at the phone models to see if they can improve the customer experience. Team is made up of data analyst, this person is the liaison between data analysts, data scientists and the business.
You will be working within Agile framework.
Skills required:
* Strong leadership skills with an ability to lead with empathy to resolve conflicts
* Ability to prioritise iterative product releases.
* Experience with Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.
* leading to a successful customer experience.
* Proficiency in various business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, uses case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation.
* Agile mentality: experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to clearly articulate product vision and features
* Ability to participate in technical discussions, help make technical trade-offs, and set criteria for Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
* Customer focused
* Third level qualification (Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification)
