We are looking for an experience Senior Infrastructure engineer to make sure that relevant support is given to the clients and projects delivered in timely manner.
You will provide Helpdesk Support - level 2 to external users in a timely manner.
Skills:
* 3rd level Education or an equivalent - in IT / Computer Science
* Extensive Experience within IT sector in similar infrastructure related helpdesk roles
* Experience resolving a wide range of technical issues relating to Office PC's and server operating systems, Office 365 email, Printers, Network Software, Backup devices, internet connections etc.
* Experience with diagnosing and resolving Network related technical problems with clients Broadband connections and end user networking environments.
* Experience troubleshooting in a Hyper-V, Group Policy & DNS.
* Experience with AV solutions - Malware, encryption software installation and troubleshooting.
* Experience with Backup Solutions - experience particularly with Ahsay, Unitrends, Veeam
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
* Excellent communication skills
