Are you a passionate researcher with expertise in AI and data analytics? Do you thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading organisation in the cloud services industry, is seeking a talented Senior LLM AIOps Researcher to join their team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on ground-breaking research in the field of AI, specifically Large Language Models (LLM), to tackle complex challenges in cloud services and user experience management.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise your hands-on experience with LLM in real-world projects, including multi-agent LLM.
Apply AI and optimisation algorithms to develop scalable and efficient solutions in the AIOps domain.
Collaborate with the team to deliver research Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).
Design and develop system components to translate research into production trials to achieve impactful business goals.
Publish research results and engage with relevant research communities.

Requirements:

Hold a PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, AI) or possess ample experience applying AI and/or data analysis techniques to solve real-world problems.
Possess strong coding skills in Python or similar languages.
Experience in cloud service management, user experience optimisation, or user behaviour analysis is a plus.
