About the Role:
Our client's Governance Team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a crucial role in managing strategic priorities, with additional support for philanthropy and people management initiatives as needed. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing change at scale and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme manage strategic initiatives, with a focus on AI and Diversity & Inclusion programmes.
- Develop and implement project plans, KPIs, and metrics to measure programme success.
- Drive virtual teams to execute tasks aligned with the programme's vision and objectives.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates to programme leads and sponsors.
- Coordinate training materials, event logistics, and change management efforts to ensure programme success.
- Draught communications, manage end-to-end event registration, and produce post-event evaluations to guide future initiatives.
- Champion D&I efforts, foster an inclusive work environment, and support philanthropy initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in programme management, particularly with AI, change management, and strategic initiatives.
- Strong leadership and the ability to influence and manage change across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and track programme metrics and KPIs.
- Commitment to D&I and experience supporting related initiatives or philanthropy.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application to business enablement.
- Experience leveraging data-driven approaches to programme success.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and a readiness to tackle new challenges.
