Position: Brand New role

Great Permanent role with great benefits in Dublin North (fully on-site).

Ideal candidate will have a proven knowledge on a number of testing skills, be detail oriented and will work closely with the development team. As a Software Engineer in Test (SDET) you will be applying your strong software development and test skills to develop a functional test automation strategy to improve software delivery. You will Write software test strategies, plans, and test cases.Software stack is Microsoft C# .Net.
You will lead, develop, and mentor QA team members

Skills:

� Experience with software testing
� API testing
� Experience in OOP, ideally C# /.Net
� Automation testing expert
� Experience in a technical quality assurance role
� Proficient at scripting in one or more languages
� An awareness of evolving technologies in use by the technology industry as a whole
� Proficient at working with databases, web application frameworks, and command line interfaces
� Demonstrated ability with Object-oriented design and coding skills
� Demonstrated ability to design and develop test automation
� Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment strongly desired;
� Working knowledge of unit testing
� Some SQL server preferable, with an understanding of relational database concepts
� Knowledge of, or experience in testing following technologies: WEB API, REST, SOAP or WCF
� Experience using GIT and an understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
� Practical, demonstratable experience in XML, XSD, XSLT and XPATH
� Knowledge of deployment in SAAS / Cloud based platforms.
� Experience of creating test scenarios, scripts and recording results to ensure software the defined requirements.
� Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
