We are seeking Software Engineers with solid experience in C++, knowledge of Java and Objective C, developing test automation frameworks, problem solving skills and able to collaborate and communicate effectively with people of all levels.

Project Overview:
Our customer`s tool provides its clients with ecommerce capabilities that enable shopping. The Unified Metrics Platform (UMP) Team is responsible for providing the organization's capability to build trusted metrics. This helps leaders, teams and analysts improve their Shopping performance on the platform and make strategic data-driven decisions.


Top Daily Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate is required to assist the team with a high priority project (impact across all of the platform) to design and build a new automated logging validation tool that can capture the logs generated during a run of automated functional tests (user interface tests).

* Participate in the technical design of the automated logging validation tool
* Collaborate positively with engineers and cross-functional personnel within the platform`s Data Team, EngProd Team and any other teams as necessary
* Work as part of a xPA project team to develop and successfully launch the new tool



Skill/Experience/Education:
* Ideally Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
* Ideally 6+ years full time experience working hands on as a software engineer.
* Proficient in C++, knowledge of Java and Objective C advantageous.
* Experience leading and improving technical designs and architecture.
* Experience developing test automation frameworks. Prior experience working with software engineering tool chain is advantageous.
* Excellent communication (English fluent) and problem solving skills
* Able to work independently with minimal guidance
* Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with people at all levels
