Main Tasks:
*Handle challenging customer cases involving resetting expectations that were falsely set previously to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
*Escalate challenges to senior team members or managers.
*Partner with and support cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
*Provide support and guidance to our publisher and developer community.
*Help solve web and app tech challenges and provide technical support for beta products.
*Partner with our Sales and Support teams to drive product adoption, interacting with clients and engineers as needed.
Required Skills:
*EXPERIENCE WITH DIGITAL MONETIZATION AND/OR DIGITAL ADVERTISING IS A MUST.
*Experience in web technologies including but not limited to JavaScript, CSS, HTML, HTTP.
*Experience using API`s.
*Customer facing experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, Consulting or Related.
*Experience with web development and/or app development.
*Fluency in English
Preferred Skills:
*Experience with Project Management.
*Data Analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.
*Bachelor`s degree or equivalent in experience
