Temp Customer Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our a client for a handful of experienced Customer Service Administrators. My client a market leading telecommunications company is looking to recruit temporary fulltime experienced customer service staff on a temporary basis to cover a busy period for the company for busy Autumn/Winter Season. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

�Order Fulfillment - Delivering a first-class customer service experience for customers ensuring online orders are processed inside SLA's.

�General Customer Service via e-mail and phone

�Stock Management

�Support with website property

�Work Closely with the logistics team

Key Requirements:

�Customer Service Experience

�Call Centre Environment experience is desirable nut not essential

�Administration Experience

�Outstanding customer service experience

�High attention to detail

�Friendly and outgoing personality
