Project Overview:

We partner with teams across our company to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. As a diverse team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all our company`s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.

T&S Shopping team mission: Ensure User Safety and a Trustworthy Shopping Experience.

Overall Responsibilities:
*Gathers and processes data, noting key assumptions, with oversight from manager
*Collaborates effectively with the core team and communicates fact-based findings
*Identifies new abuse trends from core work and ideates ways to solve with the team/manager

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
*Daily escalated reviews and response to cases as part of operations
*Uses basic technological skills to share data analysis in the form dashboard, reports when required along with identifying areas of operations which can be automated/improved
*Leads well-defined, focused projects to resolve complicated abuse-fighting problems, using existing systems and processes to maintain operations


Skill/Experience/Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of Data Analytics experience
Basic SQL coding
Understanding of Abuse/fraud space
E-commerce domain experience
